Best Western Plus Reading Inn & Suites

We checked in pretty late, around midnight on 11/25/24, but were warmly welcomed by the staff member on duty. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home and comfortable despite the late hour. We were especially thrilled when he managed to arrange two connected rooms for us, which was exactly what we had been hoping for. After a week of traveling and staying at different hotels, this one stands out as the best, thanks not only to its excellent facilities but also to the fantastic staff. We truly felt taken care of here!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular. The staff members were very nice and polite.

Our room appeared to be newly and completely remodeled. Very comfortable beds and pillows (where can we get a couple?) Larger flat-screen TV centered between both queen beds. Lights are nice and bright by the beds. Night stand had a double outlet with 2 USB ports in the front under the drawer. Very convenient.

My room was clean and very comfortable. I accidently reserved an ADA room online. I can appreciate the thought that goes into designing an ADA room. ex. grab bars in the bathroom, zero threshold shower, lower bed. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. Check in was also very easy.

The room, bed, and bathroom was clean and The breakfast was very good. Lots of hot food to choose from, good coffee. The day and night staff really nice. The lady who bring out the food, she speaks many languages, she was kind. My family and I had a great experience, We will come back! Thank U.
